- Prices are up in both markets. The new construction median rose 10.4%. The resale median rose 2.0%.
- Resale sales jumped 18.2%. That's even as resale homes for sale fell 16.2%.
- New builds are selling faster. They averaged 48 days on market, 18.6% quicker than last year.

- New construction supply held steady. There were 1,051 new homes for sale, nearly the same as last year.
