Custom estates, Foothills views, riverfront homes and acreage. I represent luxury buyers and sellers with detailed market knowledge and personal service.
The Treasure Valley's luxury market has grown dramatically since 2019. Buyers arrive from California, Washington and beyond, drawn by space, views and a quality of life that's hard to match.
In my experience, luxury here starts at around $1 million. That buys a new build on about an acre in many parts of the valley, from around $1.2 million. In Eagle, true luxury homes now start at around $1.75 million.
At the upper end, $1.5 to $2.5 million can buy a custom estate home with mountain views. On the West Coast, a similar home typically costs far more.
Luxury buyers and sellers need more than listings. They need accurate data, local insight and someone who treats their investment as carefully as their own.
