The builder's sales team works for the builder. I work for you, from choosing a lot or plan to the final walkthrough.
Choose your price rangeNew construction is a big part of the Treasure Valley market. It's also where buyers most often go it alone, and where that can cost them.
Builder contracts are written by the builder's legal team to protect the builder. The on-site sales team is friendly and helpful, but they represent the builder.
I represent you. That means guidance on lots, plans, upgrades and incentives, plus careful tracking of every deadline until you have the keys.
And there's no cost to you. In most cases, the builder pays my fee.

New communities open all the time across the valley, from small neighborhoods to large master-planned developments. Rather than a list that goes out of date, my search shows every new build, updated daily from the MLS. Here are a few I'm watching right now.
A master-planned waterfront community off Beacon Light Road and Highway 16. It's built around 21 lakes, and nearly every homesite has direct waterfront access.
A 55+ active-adult resort community by Shea Homes, next to Falcon Crest Golf Course, about 16 miles southwest of downtown Boise.
A large planned community off I-84 at Exit 71, just across the Ada County line in Elmore County. Plans include a commercial center and a school site.
