New Construction – Yes we have a lot of new construction starting in the high $300,000’s to $7,800,000 (currently the highest new construction ‘spec’ home in the Boise area). There are a lot of new subdivisions too, again from your entry level family community, up to and including luxury neighborhoods and of course, custom builds (yes we can also help you find the land too)…
